REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Intextile LLC. We hope you are satisfied with your purchase, but if you need a refund or return, please review the refund policy below.

Return Conditions
● Return Time Limit: You can apply for a return within 30 days from the date you received the product.
● Product Condition: The returned product must be unused, undamaged, and packaged intact, with all labels and original packaging intact.

Refund Process

1. Contact Customer Service: Apply for a return through our customer service.
2. Return Approval: We will approve your return application within 2-3 business days after receiving your return application.
3. Return Mailing: After approval, you need to return the product. Please note that unless the product is damaged during transportation or shipped incorrectly, the return postage is at your own expense.
4. Refund Processing: We will process your refund within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned product and confirm that the product meets the return conditions. The refund will be refunded through your original payment method.

Exceptions
If the item you received has quality problems or is not as ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will arrange a free return and refund for you.

Change or cancel an order
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel or change it.
